What should I do if I have questions about my order?
If you have any questions about your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately at support@indietickets.com. Most common questions should be answered here on this page, but if you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask us directly.
What do I need to present at the event?
Orders will be held at the venue box office on the evening of the event. You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and the credit card that was used in your order. Venue policies may vary slightly, so please arrive early enough to ensure sufficient time to pick up your tickets.
Only the individual whose name is designated on the purchase receipt may pick up the tickets at the event.
What should I do if my name is not on the order or someone else purchased the tickets for me?
The venues are not authorized to give admittance to an event to anyone other than the person whose name is designated on the ticket receipt. You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and the credit card that was used in your order.
If you need to buy tickets for someone else, please be sure to designate their name when making the initial purchase. If there are any questions, please contact us at support@indietickets.com.
Ordering
How do I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Please be sure that you order correctly when placing your order. The only time we will be able to make a refund is if the event for which you have purchased tickets is completely cancelled. Please see the information below about cancellations and refunds.
What if the event is canceled or the venue is unable to present the event?
If the event is cancelled or the venue is unable to present the event, you will be contacted via email as soon as we have more information from the venue. We will contact you at the valid e-mail address provided to us in the checkout process, so please be sure all information you submit is accurate. We cannot be responsible for our inability to contact you due to inaccurate information we've received from you during the ordering process or otherwise.
Refunds due to event cancellation will be made in the amount of the advertised value of the tickets. In the event that a refund becomes necessary due to cancellation, convenience fees will not be refunded in order to cover the costs incurred by Indie Tickets LLC.In this circumstance, we will be in contact via the e-mail address you have provided and will initiate a refund as information becomes available to us. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. We will send e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you in the ordering process (you must provide a valid e-mail address with your order). Before traveling to the show, please confirm the event with the venue. You will receive a full refund for the face value of the ticket in the event that the show is canceled.
Miscellaneous
Can I add more tickets to my order?
No, all orders are final and will be processed at the time of checkout. If you would like to buy more tickets, you are free to place an additional order.
What do you accept as payment for your order? Do you accept Paypal?
We accept credit cards or debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo as the exclusive form of payment. We do not accept Paypal at this time.
Will more tickets become available for this show?
We encourage venues to list all available tickets in their initial listing of an event. But, circumstances do sometimes change, so it is possible that more tickets will become available. Our recommendation is to check back or sign up for the mailing list to receive first notification of re-listed events.
Privacy
Will you sell my information or send me unwanted solicitations?
No, we believe strongly that it is your choice to receive or not receive communication from us. Our privacy policy is available and clearly states our policies. In short, you must "Opt-In" or choose to receive communications from us. If you do not "Opt-In" to our mailing list, the only communications you will receive from us will be to receive receipts required during the processing of your orders.
